Risk Management E-Learning

The Vision

In response to the sudden halt in global travel, I was tasked with rapidly transforming the finance department’s in-person Risk Management curriculum. The goal was to re-engineer complex financial concepts into five high-impact, one-hour e-learning modules designed for overseas officers. My objective was to make high-stakes material easier to comprehend while maintaining the rigor of the original training.

The Execution

Collaborating closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), I deconstructed complex course materials using instructional design principles to ensure clarity and narrative flow. I developed a diverse range of learner interactivity, including drag-and-drop scenarios, quiz-style assessments, and gamified level completion. Each module was custom-designed with a unique visual approach to transform content-heavy topics into a premium, engaging, and frictionless learning experience.

 

The Result

I successfully delivered five interactive modules within a high-velocity 8-week sprint for over 250 global employees. The project contributed to $100k in revenue and established a new digital standard for internal global training programs.
