Summary
ZAHA Invest – A real estate investment mobile application enabling real estate fractionalization on a blockchain-enabled marketplace. This application was developed to target existing problems identified in real estate investing today.
You'll be able to invest as little as $100 per share, it allows high liquidity and ease of transfer, transfer rental income to owners with very low fees, and leverages low-cost borrowing to multiply ownership of fractional real estate.
